MEMBERSHIP  

 

We are currently seeking new members, in particular male voices.

 

Please read the details below and hopefully you may be encouraged to contact us with a view to joining.

  

West End Singers meet once a week, from 7.30pm on Wednesday evenings at the 2000 Centre, St John's Road, Hedge End, Southampton.

You don't have to be able to read music to join us.

West End Singers is a mixed-voiced choir currently having approx. 35 singing members, with ages ranging from 18 to 80 years.  We sing mainly modern music in three/four-part harmony style. 

Voice tests are usually held directly after each main concert, in January and July. Please come along and listen to one of our rehearsals to see and hear if we're the type of choir you would like to join.  If you are still interested, you will be invited to return for a voice test.

If you would like to join a friendly group, perhaps to make new friends and work as part of a team, you will be most welcome.
